In a recent news published on Saudigazzete, it was stated that Expatriates who are going on Final Exit can Return to Saudi Arabia anytime with another visa. Previously there were rumors circulated that there is a ban of 3 years on expatriate workers who went on final exit.
The news has also stated that residency permit (Iqama) should be renewed either before expiry date or within 3 days after expiry. Otherwise there will be a fine of SR 500 & up to 1000 if done twice. If residency permit is not renewed within given time period, the result will be deportation of expatriate.
